Paper OS makes screen-free planning systems for daily planning, weekly resets, deep work, money clarity, studying, health tracking, journaling, and small-business operations. Our goal is simple: useful paper systems customers will actually use, without forcing them into another app, subscription, or generic blank notebook.

What we sell

  • Ready-made digital PDFs - downloadable planning systems customers can print at home or use on a tablet.
  • Printed notebooks - made-to-order physical notebooks printed and shipped after purchase.
  • Custom OS - a build-your-own Paper OS experience where customers choose the inside pages, name the notebook, customize the cover, and receive a finished digital file. Printed Custom OS orders are made to order after design submission.

How Custom OS works

After checkout, we email the customer a private access code for the Custom OS builder. In the builder, the customer names their OS, arranges page runs inside up to eight named sections, designs the cover, and submits the finished notebook. Each section includes a printed divider and appears in the contents.

Every Custom OS order includes a custom digital PDF, delivered within 24 business hours after design submission. If the customer ordered a printed Custom OS notebook, the printed copy is made to order and shipped after the design has been generated and reviewed.
