What is Paper OS?

Paper OS is a collection of printable planning and organization systems. The shop offers 18 ready-made systems as digital downloads or printed products, plus a Custom OS Builder for creating a personalized system.

Shipping & delivery

Printed products are made to order. Production normally takes 2–4 business days, followed by an estimated 3–7 business days in transit. Custom OS print production begins only after the design is submitted, generated, and reviewed.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Digital downloads

Ready-made digital products are delivered after payment. Check the email address used at checkout for the download link. Custom OS digital files are normally delivered within 24 business hours after a completed design is submitted.

If a download email has not arrived, check spam or junk folders, then contact support with the order email and order number.

Custom OS Builder

Custom OS includes 120 interior pages (122 pages total). Three front-matter pages are added automatically. You can arrange up to 117 pages from 61 layouts in as many as eight named sections.

Complete and submit the design before closing the builder. Printed Custom OS orders enter production after the submitted design is generated and reviewed.

Returns, refunds & cancellations

Ready-made digital products are final after delivery. Personalized Custom OS products are final after generation. Printed products are made to order, so change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

If a printed order arrives damaged, defective, or materially incorrect, contact support within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate remedy.

To request a cancellation, email support as soon as possible. Cancellation is not guaranteed after a digital product has been delivered, a Custom OS design has been submitted, or print production has begun.
