Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to purchases from Paper OS and use of paperos.xyz, including ready-made
digital PDFs, made-to-order printed notebooks, and the Custom OS builder.

By using the site or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.

Products

Paper OS sells planning systems in digital and printed formats.

Ready-made digital PDFs are delivered electronically. Printed notebooks are made to order. Custom OS
products allow customers to design a personalized Paper OS notebook by choosing pages, divider text,
cover details, and related configuration options.

Product images, previews, and descriptions are provided to help customers understand the product.
Small differences may occur between on-screen previews and printed output because of display settings,
paper, print process, trimming, and binding.

Custom OS customer submissions

Customers are responsible for reviewing Custom OS names, divider text, cover text, page selections,
shipping information, and submitted design choices before submitting the design.

Paper OS may reject, void, or request changes to Custom OS submissions that include unlawful,
infringing, abusive, hateful, explicit, or otherwise inappropriate content.

Delivery

Ready-made digital PDFs are delivered by email after payment confirmation.

Custom OS digital files are delivered within 24 business hours after the customer submits the
completed design in the builder.

Printed notebooks are made to order and require production time before shipping. See the Shipping and
Delivery Policy for current timing.

Payments

Payments are processed through Shopify Checkout and Shopify's supported payment providers. Prices,
taxes, discounts, shipping charges, and availability are shown at checkout before payment is
submitted.

Refunds and cancellations

Refunds, replacements, and cancellations are handled according to the Refund Policy.

Printed notebook damage, defect, or material error claims must be submitted within 30 days of
delivery.

Customer accounts and access codes

Customers are responsible for keeping Custom OS access codes and download links private. If you
believe your access code or download link was sent to the wrong email address or is not working,
contact hello@paperos.xyz.

Intellectual property

Paper OS designs, page layouts, product names, product descriptions, graphics, templates, PDFs, site
content, and branding are owned by Paper OS or its licensors. Products are sold for personal use
unless another license is provided in writing.

Customers may not resell, redistribute, upload, share publicly, or commercially reproduce Paper OS
digital files, templates, or generated Custom OS files without written permission.

No professional advice

Paper OS products are productivity and planning tools. They are not medical, legal, financial, tax, or
mental health advice. Customers are responsible for their own decisions and should consult qualified
professionals where appropriate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paper OS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or products. Paper OS's total
liability for a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Prohibited use

You may not use the site or Custom OS builder to submit unlawful content, violate the rights of
others, interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, or abuse discounts, access codes,
downloads, or fulfillment systems.

Changes to these terms

Paper OS may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this
page.
