Shipping and Delivery Policy

Paper OS sells digital products, made-to-order printed notebooks, and Custom OS products. Delivery
timing depends on which format you purchase.

Ready-made digital PDFs

Ready-made digital PDFs are delivered by email after payment is confirmed. The email includes a secure
download link for the PDF. You can print the file at home or use it on a compatible tablet or PDF
annotation app.

If you do not receive your download email, check your spam/promotions folder first, then contact us at
hello@paperos.xyz with your order number.

Custom OS digital files

Custom OS is not an instant download because the customer designs the notebook after purchase.

After checkout, we email a private access code for the Custom OS builder. Once the customer submits
their completed design, Paper OS generates the custom digital file and emails access to it within
24 business hours.

If a Custom OS order includes a printed notebook, the digital file is still included and is delivered
within 24 business hours after design submission.

Printed notebooks

Printed notebooks are made to order. Each printed Paper OS notebook is printed and bound after the
order is placed, then shipped to the customer.

• Production time: usually 2-4 business days.
• Shipping time: usually 3-7 business days after production, depending on destination and carrier.
• Tracking: tracking is emailed when the order ships, when tracking is available.

Printed Custom OS notebooks begin production after the customer submits the completed design and the
print-ready files are generated.

Shipping address accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Because
printed notebooks are made to order, production may begin soon after the order or design submission.
If you notice an address mistake, email hello@paperos.xyz as quickly as possible with your order
number.

International orders

We ship to select international countries/territories. There is an International Standard Shipping Cost of $12.00 United States Dollars (USD)
