Refund policy

We want you to love your Paper OS system.

Digital PDFs — because these are delivered instantly and can't be returned, all sales of digital products are final. If you have any trouble downloading or printing your files, email us and we'll make it right.

Printed notebooks — each notebook is printed to order, so we can't accept returns for change of mind. If your notebook arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or issue a refund.
