paperos.xyz, purchase a product, use the Custom OS builder, contact us, or interact with our store.

Information we collect

We collect information needed to operate our store and fulfill orders, including:

Custom OS access codes, submitted design choices, cover text, page selections, and fulfillment status

Payment information is processed by Shopify and its payment providers. Paper OS does not store full
payment card numbers.

Deliver digital PDFs and Custom OS files
Generate Custom OS designs submitted by customers
Print and ship made-to-order notebooks
Send order confirmations, access codes, download links, tracking updates, and service emails
Provide customer support

Service providers

We share information with service providers when needed to run the business. These may include:

Shopify for ecommerce, checkout, order management, and storefront services

Print and fulfillment partners for printed notebook production and shipping
Hosting, database, storage, and automation providers used for the Custom OS builder

We only share information needed for those services to perform their role.

Transactional emails, such as order confirmations, download links, access codes, status updates, and

We keep order, fulfillment, support, and Custom OS records for as long as needed to operate the store,
provide customer service, meet tax/accounting obligations, prevent fraud, and comply with legal
requirements.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of
personal information. To make a privacy request, email hello@paperos.xyz with the subject line
"Privacy Request."

We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.

Children's privacy

Paper OS products and services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect
personal information from children under 13.
